Lessons learned at #ICHS2018. Breakthrough fungal infections (13%) on isavuconazole prophylaxis are more common and about 50% due to candida. We do not see this with fluc or posa. Isa also failed in a phase 2 against candida. It just might be a bad prophylaxis drug.
