Urgent Assistance Needed Dear @ICICIBank @ICICIBank_Care, I've fallen victim to a chargeback scam, exposing fraudulent activities by buyers. My account is currently under LIEN, and a balance of INR 3,53,839 has been seized. 📢 #FraudAlert #CyberCrime #ICICIBankHelp I urgently seek your support in obtaining transaction IDs or Acknowledgement IDs for each LIEN. This information is crucial as I intend to contact the Cyber Crime branch for swift resolution. Account Details: - Current Account No: 241205000958 - Savings Account No: 241201000662 - IFSC Code: ICIC0002412 I possess all the necessary receipts and proofs validating the legitimacy of my transactions. Your prompt assistance is highly appreciated! 📌 Note: Kindly refrain from advising me to contact customer care or visit the nearest branch. For Current Account: 🔍 Customer Care Response: "We lack LIEN Transaction Details; please visit the branch for assistance." 🔍 Branch Response: "We don't have sufficient data on LIEN Balance as it's Ministry-controlled, not bank-controlled. We can only view the overall LIEN balance." For Savings Account: 🔍 Customer Care Response: "There are two LIEN transactions on your account. The first 39956 RS : on 26/12/23 at 1:18 PM (Transaction of Rs 40,000) from North Tripura Dharma Nagar POLICE STATION (Acknowledgement No: 33012230001574). The second (Acknowledgement No: 31312230066810) is for a Rs 50,000 transaction." 🔍 Branch Response: "Similar to the Current Account, we lack detailed LIEN Balance data, as it's regulated by the Ministry, not the bank, and we can only view the overall LIEN balance." PLEASE GUIDE ME WHAT TO DO NOW AND PLEASE PROVOIDE ME ENOUGH INFORMATION WITH THAT I CAN GO TO Cyber Crime Department for help 🙏
