Sir, when there is low balance in FAST TAG we have to pay Double toll as penalty. Is there any Penalty for Bank for wrongly deducted money from my ICICI Fast Tag ? 1173₹ deducted from my fast tag yet no reimbursement. @NHAI_Official @nitin_gadkari @ICICIBank #icicifasttag

#icicifasttag CMP000000006737487 reported on 27-May-2021. Amount was deducted from my bank account but fasttag was not recharged. Everything I call support they keep telling me it will take a few days. What the hell is going on... #icici

@ICICIBank You have charged 165/- on my #icicifasttag account without any reasons. Your customer care executive has accepted the mistake yet he is asking me to register a formal complaint via some tedious way, while I have called customer care for complaint only
