The Wales Act 1978 proposed the Welsh Assembly (now Senedd) would have been housed at The Coal Exchange on Mount Stuart Square.
As the 1979 Welsh devolution referendum was defeated, that never happened.

Every council in Wales voted for crown estates to be devolved. Numerous commissions agree justice and police etc should be devolved. Even on those things Labour won’t give us parity with Scotland. #indywales

Agreed - devolution is not the answer. Independence is. In same period independent Ireland 🇮🇪 saw 253% growth. Take out over subsidised London from the graph and let's see how rest of England does. Also include stats for NI which bbefuts by not having Brexit. #indywales ✊🏴
