Inflation is not caused by workersโ wages.
Itโs caused by corporate greed and profiteering.
This government needs to get a grip. Tax the rich, introduce price controls on staple foods, and bring our utilities back into public ownership.
So, an ambulance arriving on time, libraries, a school that isnt crumbling, treatment for cancer when you need it, a GP appt when you want it, council houses, education free at the point of use, is all too much to ask for (according to the 'left winger' on #TrevorPhillips panel)
With the money raised from a 1-2% wealth tax on assets over ยฃ10 million, we could afford to scrap the 2-child benefit cap 17 times over.
Politics is about choices โ we should be on the side of those in need, not those with greed.
