My favourite hangout was the St Mary Lawns. It was nice for studying outside. We were also still allowed to drink on the lawns then, so it was nice for pre-drinks.

I was staying at res studying at CUT Bloemfontein campus , NSFAS was paying for everything even meals. I was not getting any allowance from home. I got distinctions in all my 10 modules.
