This is someone that despite the heavy investment in the Milan Futuro under him, the team got relegated and almost all the youth sectors was bad under him.
How can Milan has Ibrahimovic out of this club? 🥹😏

✍️ RANGNICK DEAL COLLAPSE CONFIRMS MY FEARS ABOUT CARDINALE'S MILAN
Since Gerry #Cardinale took over #ACMilan , his tenure has been marked by a series of decisions that have left many Milanisti questioning the direction of the club. From managerial choices to sporting decisions, there has often been a feeling that #Milan lacks the clear and competent leadership required to compete consistently at the highest level.
Personally, I had already lost most of my confidence in Cardinale's management of the club. However, when reports emerged that Milan were seriously considering Ralf #Rangnick for the role of Technical Director, I began to believe that perhaps things were finally moving in the right direction. Rangnick is widely respected for his football vision, his ability to build sustainable sporting structures, and his track record of identifying talent and creating successful long-term projects.
For a brief moment, it felt like Milan could finally be taking a decisive step toward establishing a modern and competent football hierarchy. A structure built on expertise rather than improvisation. A structure capable of restoring stability and ambition to one of football's most historic clubs.
Unfortunately, the apparent collapse of the Rangnick deal has only reinforced my long-held concerns. Instead of representing a turning point, it has become another example of the uncertainty and inconsistency that have defined Cardinale's ownership.
If Milan truly had the opportunity to bring in a football mind of Rangnick's caliber and failed to make it happen, then serious questions must be asked about the club's vision and decision-making process.
For me, this development has cemented my belief that nothing positive will come from Cardinale's stewardship of AC Milan. Every missed opportunity, every questionable decision, and every failed project continues to push the club further away from the stability and excellence that supporters expect and deserve.
As a Milan fan, I would love nothing more than to be proven wrong. But at this point, the collapse of the Rangnick deal feels less like an isolated setback and more like confirmation of a pattern that has become impossible to ignore.

✍️ MILAN'S COACHING SEARCH RAISES SERIOUS QUESTIONS
In my opinion, AC Milan's recent managerial decision-making raises serious concerns about the competence of those currently running the club.
When reports suggested that Oliver Glasner was the preferred candidate, many supporters had reasons to be optimistic. Glasner has built a reputation as a proven winner, overachieving with a team that operate with fewer resources than Europe's elite clubs. His work has demonstrated tactical intelligence, strong man-management, and the ability to maximize the potential of his squad.
However, the idea of shifting focus toward Ruben Amorim is difficult to understand. While Amorim enjoyed success earlier in his career, his spell at Manchester United was widely viewed as disappointing. More importantly, he struggled despite working with a squad that, on paper, possessed greater depth and quality than Milan's current roster.
That contrast makes the situation even more puzzling. If a club passes on a coach who has recently shown he can compete above expectations and instead prioritizes a manager coming off a difficult and unsuccessful tenure, it naturally raises questions about the decision-making process behind the scenes.
For a club with Milan's history, ambitions, and global stature, coaching appointments should be guided by clear sporting logic rather than questionable judgment.
Football clubs rise and fall based on leadership. And when key decisions appear disconnected from recent evidence and performance, criticism of the people making those decisions becomes inevitable.
