It’s understood that when a government run social housing scheme is announced for applications to be submitted, the selection criteria or point allocation criteria should be available before hand.
Subsequently, when the selection list is made public, there is no information on how those selected got the points they got.
A set of numbers as points is just arbitrary.
There is nothing transparent in this.
