Cold + Morning - naproxen = nope on my workout. You’d think I’d remember to take my naproxen cause I already take 3 pills in the morning, but you’d be wrong! To be fair, it’s not in my usual routine so it really doesn’t have a fighting chance. Hate getting old😬. #IHateMyMemory

Steve said tonight, about my memory, that it was terrible when I got out, then better and now I’m forgetting things I remembered before after getting out. I didn’t realize this. I guess it’s true. If he says so cause, you guessed it, I don’t remember. S’bothersome. #IHateMyMemory
