The more I read the book of Jeremiah the more I realize what is happening to us, is judgement of a nation that has turned away from the God that gave them the audacity to be great. We can count the little wins but if we do not repent we will ultimately be destroyed. Whenever a nation is under judgment they are given over to their enemies. Maybe we need to start reading the Bible again. We need to repent as a nation. We need to repent as patriots and seek God’s help in this battle. Deuteronomy 28:41-42 Thou shalt beget sons and daughters, but thou shalt not enjoy them; for they shall go into captivity. All thy trees and fruit of thy land shall the locust consume. Deuteronomy 28 is about the blessing of obedience and the curse or disobedience to God. Maybe we should read it. Think J6
