Hi @realDonaldTrump I’m #immunecompromised & have #longcovid. There isn’t any public bldgs that are accessible or safe for any of us. Americans need safe indoor air quality like The White House & Dept of Defense both have UL certified Far UVC light 222 to stop the pandemics.

A lot of people have asked me about scheduling their Novavax update based on their Novavax timing...
We've talked about IgG4 and we hadn't really discussed how we would handle updates...

Good news is this study demonstrates that it doesn't matter... it does still matter for mRNA though.
No increase in IgG4 was noted after multiple vaccinations of Nova, so if you are a person who is looking to get their Novavax update you don't need to worry about timing or IgG4.
If you've had a full Novavax series then get the update whenever and then you should be good for 6-10 months at least probably longer.
We also have other data showing that imprinting isn't a significant issue between XBB.15 and JN.1 with the update, so there's a questionable need to get two shots if you are already on the Novavax series unless you are immunocompromised.
I'm so 😀. Someone I know who has seen me masking, and who is about to undergo chemotherapy, got in touch to ask me for advice about masks and masking. 😷

12/ I’ve wondered for 4 yrs what would happen to the folks who typically get dx’d with liver disease at Stage 3? I knew they were walking around, just as I had been, totally unaware they were devastatingly ill, #immunecompromised & were therefore not inclined to be cautious.
UPDATE: NY Governor Kathy Hochul said on CNN last night that she is considering a ban on masks.

@1goodtern I am prepared for the worst after hearing about how a gang of oncology nurses in Washington state acted with a vulnerable patient. And they were “seasoned” nurses who had 10+ yrs of experience (I asked the person who posted the video)
