I feel immensely proud to share that my documentary film #IndiasSons played a crucial role behind the scenes in movie #Bandar coming to life
It was @Nikhil_Dwivedi who saw the film first & was immensely moved with it. I then sat with @anuragkashyap72 who saw the 90min long documentary in one go. Finally writer Sudip Sharma saw the film.
Every frame of this film is as real as it can get. While #Bandar is fiction, #IndiasSons presents first person account of men who were falsely accused of rape and suffered immense trauma before being declared innocent by the court

This👇 should be the precedent for ppl who don't have any honour and try to freeload..
@DeepikaBhardwaj I'm sure mam your noble intents would materialize in making this judgment a benchmark.

NOW READING JUDGMENT IN THIS CASE WHERE A WOMAN HAS BEEN SENT TO JAIL FOR 7.5 YEARS FOR FILING A FALSE GANGRAPE CASE
Can't explain the feeling
It's like my film #IndiasSons put together in the form of a Judgment
Judge Vivekanand Sharan Tripathi mincing no words in describing what's happening in aftermaths of Nirbhaya
"Laws were amended after Nirbhaya. No enquiry is required before registering FIR now. If a police officer does any enquiry then there can be action against the police officer. It has led to rampant increase in filing of #falserape cases. Compensation of 1Lac to 8 Lacs is being given in these cases. There are now entire gangs that get these cases filed to enjoy compensation money.
This case is classic example where if the investigation officer did not use her conscience, entire life of 2 men would have been completely destroyed"
We shall upload soon on https://t.co/iK0kXbV7mD @ekamnyaay
@PMOIndia is insulting #IndiasSons, #IndianJudiciary, #IndianArmy by making bald, misinformed, baseless statements from a responsible dias.
#FalseCases by #WomenOfIndia is a reality and these #Netas must accept it.

In 1990, Madhuri Dixit played role of a girl in a film who realises how damaging false accusation of Rape is
In 2024, women in real life are filing #falserape cases just to take revenge and do not even have iota of guilt
