Out of over 10 polling units where Over-voting occurred, he provided only two.

The Enugu INEC Rec, Dr Chukwuemeka Chukwu is bent on frustrating LP & Hon. Chijioke Edeoga at the Tribunal, by refusing the inspection of BVAS despite numerous court orders.
INEC chairman Prof. Mmamud has directed him to allow the inspection but he refused.
INEC, just as they did in the Presidential and National Assembly elections failed to provide key information on
- Voter turnout per state
- List of polling units where elections were cancelled
- Reasons why the elections were canceled.
- The EU Election Observation Mission
Today, 3rd of July 2023, the INEC failed to produce the first of three witnesses in court. This is after 10days from the last court activity. It is doubtful any well-meaning Nigerian would soil his/her family name as witness in support of electoral fraud. #InecIsCompromised
