What we learned this week:
1. After testing it we can say #InfiniteTalk is not at all appropriate for creating singing lipsync. The model produces very good visual video quality and smooth rendering, but there's no emotion in the performance at all. It's just...talking over music and it looks very "off".
2. There are a number of AI model hubs out there that are running contests calling for artists to create promotional content for the hub's brand to be judged in the contest. This is a big red flag for us.
We saw this scam for the first time in the music biz about 20 years ago when clubs would host "battle of the bands" nights to pull in live music for free, knowing damn well there was no actual contest and no prize - except for a "chance" to play for pay next time. Let's be real clear: this is blatant FRAUD.
We hope creators don't condone or support this.
Our time and talents as creators are worth more than to just be abused and toyed with, and the hubs that do this obviously do not respect creators AT ALL. It's quiet and insidious, but it is what it is.

ワークフローはcomfyのテンプレからwanvideo_I2V_InfiniteTalk_example03。
最初20秒で切れるから、まぁそんなものかなと思い、いろいろ��べてみると Max framesが初期値で500。
Multi/infinite Talk Wav2vec2 Embedsのfpsが25。つまり500÷25=20秒となっているみたいで。
音源はsunoで作ったものでExtendとかしてないものだから2:12。
そこでMax fremesを試しに3000ぐらいにしたら、少し切れたけどいっきに120秒近くリップシンクできた。
そこでさらに3500まで���やしたら音源の長さで完全にリップシンクした。正直これにはびっくり。
サービスとしてリップシンクは使ったことあるけど、まさか２分超を一気にリップシンクできた。それにWanVIdeo Block Swapもめちゃくちゃ安定していて、5090ではあるもののOOMにならず完走できた。実際、20回ぐらい試したけどまったく不安感無し。ただ、設定によっては数度曲と歌のずれがあったけど。
最終フレームまでこちら側からどう正確にコントロールするのかはよくわからなかったけどとりあえず多めにmax fremsをしておく。今回の場合だと3500ぐらいにしたら曲の最後まで問題なくできた。画像と音源の兼ね合いがあるからどういう計算式が成り立つかはわからないけどとりあえずMax frames500で何秒できるか最初を調べて��いて、そこからmax framesをどれだけにするかはわかると思うので、あとは少し余分目にしておくといいみたい。
あと、ちょっと手間だったのが、用意した音源にはバックコーラスも入っているからWAN InfiniteTalk/ MultiTalkではそこも歌ってしまう。バックコーラスを抜いた音源を新たに作る手間があった。
修正できなかったのが、腕をパタパタするやつ。これだけはプロンプトで対応したり、Multi/infinite Talk Wav2vec2 Embedsのaudio_scaleやaudio_cgf_scaleなどパラメーターの変更などもしてみたけどあまりうまくいかず。まぁ今回の動画はまだ少ない方。多いときは鳥かと思うぐらいパタパタしていたので
