I concur. This divisive clan-based federal structure has essentially transformed #Somalia into the "Union of Somali Clan Republics." State-building and peace-building are impossible under a system driven by two inherently conflicting ideologies: #institutionalism and #clannism. Institutionalism is rooted in modernity and constitutionalism, while clannism stems from antiquity and feudalism. The admixture of these two has led to polarization and consistently undermines central authority.
To save Somalia, federal system must be dismantle, the federal system, which was funded, and pushed by foreign countries and organizations without input from the Somali public, is the biggest threat to the Somali state , the country must get rid of, otherwise Somalia will cease to exist.
