Again @amazon is using #Intelcom/Dragonfly Courrier to “deliver” a package.
The last time, they dropped it off at a hotel. One package lost. One delivered to a trailer park, then oops, lost it.
The last 6 attempts by that courier was 6 problems. The $15 sorry is getting old.
Instructions said, 5:00 latest. They tried at midnight. At a retail business. Midnight.
Today, needed item badly. Instructions is retail business, before 5pm. Their note, “don’t worry, we’ll have it there by 10pm”
Either @melaniejoly ‘s brother is a horrible CEO or their HR is not customer service keen.
If the drivers are unable to read English, I’m sorry, but I guess I should start buying local again. Their system is horrible too. Check photo. At 9:25am I get a msg that it left at 1:32pm for delivery. Dragonfly is incompetent.
Amazon, stop using Dragonfly.

@imlhmt @6ixbuzztv Yesterday #Intelcom told me that they tried to deliver my package, but no one answered. My office has a clear view of the walkway, and I have a cam on the door that reliably detects humans. There was no attempt.

At the risk of repeating myself, #Intelcom Courier is incompetent.
I gave up asking Amazon to deliver to my rural NS home after many #Intelcomfails. Instead I use an address in Sydney.
That strategy failed today when Intelcom attempted delivery at 7 am, b4 the business opened.
