@1Br0wn @jorisvanhoboken They already are, given their alleged focus on enforcing app store terms. #InternetCoregulation can always give them an (ahem) sharp nudge. I write about IMCB (2004 mobile content #coregulation!) in the book - but more recent work is by @mikarv @RDBinns & @macsithigh

@mishaschubert @_JohannaWeaver @ourANU @TPDesignCentre Very very interesting report - quite agree the UK DRCF is too regulator-only, no #InternetCoregulation or policy in place. But the regulators in DRCF do feed in to @DCMS & @CommonsDCMS so usual Whitehall closed-doors discussions... #OffData in practice but not in principle
