Our student #advocacy committee attended the @BORUSG meeting today. No mention of our resolution to eliminate the #intolerablefee, the SIF. Did not allow for public input on the matter. We will continue to put our students' concerns to the forefront!
This was an appalling meeting. Spent only 25 minutes to "discuss" fees. No mention of @UcwgaUGA or @ugagradstudents letters regarding the elimination of the SIF for grad students. We should NOT be paying to work the university. Cost of SIF > health insurance! #intolerablefee

@BORUSG's conference call meeting was a complete joke! With absolutely no discussion (among themselves or with the public), they voted to maintain FY21 tuition and fees at the same levels. Repeal the SIF #intolerablefee!
