HSM benefits financially from the new e-visa scheme.
The company is called Empire and is registered to one of President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud's wives.
*⃣Visa charged amount per application is 64 USD.
*⃣4 US dollars is claimed as 'commission' by Premier Bank (HSM is a shareholder in the bank) which oversees electronic cash transactions.
*⃣Empire gets 14 USD as 'service charge'.
*⃣46 USD remitted to Somali Central Bank.
