READ THE ENTIRE THREAD OF THESE EXPERIENCES. I’ve been pulled over ~10 times, all speeding. Onced argued the radar was wrong, to the point I was invited into the squad car to check it myself. The below reminds me of my immense privilege. We MUST demand Change . #iwilldothework

One time i got pulled over, the cop said i wasn’t speeding but “it looked like i was about to pick up speed.” I still don’t know what the fuck that looks like ‘TIL this day.

“If you want this to stop happening and you’re white, this is your fight too. This requires your courage and conviction....What you do in times of crisis reflects your truth.” Take action. Educate yourself. Be anti-racist. Thoughts & prayers don’t cut it. https://t.co/exKy035246

“So while I agree no one is born racist, it remains a powerful system that we’re immediately born into. It’s like being born into air: you take it in as soon as you breathe.” #IWillDoTheWork #WeMustBeBetter @scottwoodssays
