With the OneDrive mobile app, you can scan documents & even digitally sign forms! Click “+” and then “Scan”. Select “Document” and press the white circle to scan. To sign, click the pen icon and sign away with your fingertips! All changes save to your OneDrive.

Want to restore an older version of a document in SharePoint?
Click the 3-dot ellipsis next to any doc & click Version History to get a list of all versions. Hover over any version, click the dropdown arrow, and you can view, restore, or delete that version.

You can now share any email from Outlook 2021 directly to Microsoft Teams!
Highlight the desired email and click “Share to Teams” from the Home tab. Choose where you’d like to share the email & add any notes for context.

Easily sign your name in MS Word!
In the Home tab, click Insert > Shapes & choose the right-most option under Lines.
Click & drag your mouse anywhere on the document to sign your name. When finished, it will convert to a picture that you can move and resize.

Too many chats showing in Microsoft Teams? Clean up the chat list by deleting old chat threads.
Move your cursor over any chat thread, click on the 3-button ellipsis, and select "Delete Chat" to remove it from view.
