ESMO Asia 2025: 🇨🇳Junshi Biosciences will present the first clinical trial data for its PD-1/VEGF bispecific antibody #JS207 in a poster session. JS207 is currently in Ph2. Structurally, it differs significantly from other PD-1/VEGF bispecifics: its VEGF nanobody domain is embedded in the hinge region of the PD-1 antibody.
