@epyllia @ShriramKMurthi @jrosenberg6432 @KathiFisler @billghowe @andersoncliffb So even for the XML hater the best options for querying/ manipulating JSON are XQuery/XSLT and son of XQuery #JSONiq @db_rumble. So be it for analytics or JSON API's the unis ought to be teaching it, because most in industry still think the tech is stuck in 1999 and it's not.

@MarkXA The best options for querying/transforming JSON come from the XML tool stack. @db_rumble has #jsoniq which is near as dammit #XQuery. More generally see XSLT 3.0 https://t.co/FhQneWFeto. Also see https://t.co/zguPxoqxXx and XQuery 3.0. Which both support querying JSON natively

@benjaminhowarth @saqqara_es @mazihe You might also be interested in #rumbledb https://t.co/WZIT2BfwQN which uses #JSONiq to query JSON data. JSONiq was born out of XQuery (for XML databases) :-)
