Yesterday was shutdown day in the long run of #JogaInLockdown
I slept in the afternoon, then slept super early... Basically it was my body shutting down with cumulative exhaustion.

Bartan, kitchen scrubbing, brooming khatam karte karte dhule kapdon mein se pani ki tarah paseena behne laga. Took a break, drank ORS, did a work call and finished mopping. Phew๐
