📚All you need to know about Demand & Supply Identify Confluence Zones Look for areas where various indicators converge, such as moving averages, Fibonacci retracement levels, or trend lines. Use these to bolster your identification of key supply and demand zones. Advanced Tip: Utilize candlestick patterns like Doji, Hammer, or Engulfing patterns to confirm these levels. Search for Imbalances/Divergences Keep an eye out for any discrepancies between price action and technical indicators, such as the RSI or MACD. The divergence often signals a potential reversal. Advanced Tip: When analyzing divergences, correlate these observations with spikes or drops in trading volume. Use tools like Volume Profile to get a more granular view. Avoid Breakout Entries Instead of entering during the breakout of a supply or demand zone, wait for the price to retest the broken level. Advanced Tip: Look for ‘false breakouts’ or traps as they often lead to sharp reversals. Utilizing oscillators can sometimes help identify these traps. Wait for Market Reaction Don’t anticipate the market's movement; instead, let the market show its hand. Confirm this by looking at other factors such as volume, candlestick confirmation, or even news events. Advanced Tip: Consider using Limit Orders instead of Market Orders to better control your entry points. #tradingtips #chartpatterns #demandsupply
