U.S. District Judge Araceli Martinez Olguin issued the injunction October 21, reportedly over flawed voter lists. California and Georgia are among the states covered. Why would anyone fight checks to keep noncitizens off the rolls? Only citizens vote. Period.

Judge Galván was appointed by Democrat Gov. Jay Inslee. This judge has a history of releasing dangerous defendants. According to Fox News, she released a 17 year old without bail in 2024 and 2 weeks later he allegedly tied a 14 year old to a tree, stabbed him 8 times, canved an "N" on his body and disembowled him. Somehow the boy survived.
