I agree. I have studied police extensively. One of the corruption types they teach Police in Indiana is "Noble Corruption" where you think you are doing the right thing, but end up doing the wrong thing for the alleged right reason. I personally think #JudgeFranGull thinks she knows when people are guilty and that drives many of her rulings and decisions.

How is Judge Gull biased towards #RichardAllen/his attorneys? Let us count the ways …. 1. She interfered with the attorney client relationship when she instructed counsel to “cease work on Mr. Allen’s case” via email on 10/12/23 thus denying Richard Allen the timely effective representation guaranteed to him by the State and Federal Constitutions. 🚩 2. She staged the premeditated removal of Baldwin & Rozzi at a hearing on 10/19/23 (where cameras were allowed for the first time ever in this case) with her handwritten statement she prepared in advance with claims of gross incompetence & gross negligence on the part of Baldwin & Rozzi. This removal was subsequently reversed by the Indiana Supreme Court. 🚩 3. She conducted critical stage proceedings in chambers outside the presence of Richard Allen even though she had ordered him transported & he was available to participate in chambers, placing his attorneys in an ethical dilemma & creating a public record outside the presence of the accused on 10/19/23. 🚩 4. During a phone call on 10/10/23 between Baldwin, Rozzi, the prosecutor & Gull, the prosecutor made a fleeting reference to the potential DQ of Rozzi and Baldwin. With very little hesitation, Judge Gull suggested that the Court was leaning toward DQ before any hearing had taken place, before researching the issue, or even having any meaningful chance to consider the request. These comments were made by her without having conducted even the most informal of hearings, without having considered a single piece of evidence, & without consulting with Richard Allen on the matter. She then she staged a pre-meditated severing of both Rozzi & Baldwin as the chosen lawyers of Richard Allen on 10/19/23, leading to contentious and very public litigation. 🚩 5. She has exhibited a lack of concern about & taken no action to protect the physical & mental health of Richard Allen. She has denied 3 requests (from 2 different sets of attorneys) to order the removal of Richard Allen from the Westville & place him in a less restrictive & healthier environment, as he is a pre-trial detainee. Rozzi arranged (on 2/8/23) for Richard Allen to go to the Cass County Jail which is a 2 minute walk from Rozzi’s office. She denied this request & sided with Tony Liggett’s ridiculous claim that he would have difficulty transporting Richard Allen 20 minutes from Logansport to Delphi, when it was taking much longer than that to transport him from Westville to Delphi. 🚩 5a. She failed to take common sense measures to move Richard Allen out of Westville, especially after it was proven that he was being guarded by practicing paganists/Odinists when evidence and allegations exists that Odinists were involved in the murders. 🚩 6. She claimed there were “inaccuracies & falsehoods” in the defenses emergency motion to modify the safekeeping order that was denied by the Court on the same day the Court instructed IDOC staff to stand down on the transport of a subpoenaed defense witness. 🚩 7. Her belief that counsel would provide false pleadings to the court, thereby questioning their integrity, exhibits a rational inference of bias and prejudice. 🚩 8. A judge that has predetermined an attorney is grossly negligent and grossly incompetent has developed a bias towards that attorney. 🚩 9. She has “grave concerns” about Baldwin & Rozzi representing him. 🚩 10. She made public misrepresentations on the record when she told the world there was an “unexpected turn of events” knowing that the withdrawals of Baldwin & Rozzi were exactly what she had pre-planned to happen. 🚩 11. She engaged in ex parte communications with McLeland, Scremin, & Lebrato after Rozzi & Baldwin appeared as private counsel on 10/30/23. 🚩 … I’m not done. Part 2 below.
