How? Because Judge Moore sentenced Jake in 2023, 5 years after the abuse. Jake played the system and postponed the adjudication of the case for years. Judge Moore said he wanted to give Jake another chance and had a stiff sentence hanging over Jake's head. How could Judge Moore not know that abusers continue to abuse again and again? He was a prosecutor for 26 years. The blood of Emmanuel Haro is on Judge Moore's hands. To give 4 years probation and community service for what Jake did to that little baby is truly a travesty.
