I recently went through #JustJavascript, and as someone with a love/hate relationship with JS I really appreciated the mental model approach. Everything is a lot clearer now :)

also, the idea is largely inspired by @dan_abramov course #JustJavaScript. He elegantly explained how JavaScript works in a poetic and allegorical way without going to any implementation details. I encourage you to check out his course even if you are an experienced js dev.
