THE ACCUSED IS STILL ROAMING FREE! He's reportedly the SON OF A FORMER JAILER. Does that make him above the law?? Have certain officers forgotten whom they are supposed to serve? #Jaipur #Rajasthan #AnimalCruelty #StopAnimalCruelty #AmendPCA #JusticeForAnimalsT
