according to court docs, Mohn shot his father, #MichaelMohn, then used a kitchen knife & machete him at the house where they both lived. he then recorded a video holding up his fathers severed head while “calling for violence against the government”!

A judge ruled yesterday after a 5-hour hearing that #JustinMohn is competent to stand trial for the m@rder & b@heading of his father #MichaelMohn. Mohn has also been granted permission to seek a new PD because Mohn is unhappy with the MH defense strategy.
