This day in #KISStory #MagicMountain The #KMEN put on a free concert , snippits or which will be featured in the #KMTPOTP movie. I saw this when it aired- I JUST turned 15. Paul backwards on those heels to the mic at the beginning… stuck with me as MEGA ICONIC. In 1996, show 3 St Louis-of Reunion tour, curtain drops Paul did that particular move, start of show-at at age 32 I lost my shit. Funny how certain things stick with us, isn’t it? This was the height for me… stupid ass movie… but seeing them ‘live’ for the first time. Also Paul dumped the coat w/ tails for the Star Jacket. I digress. The movie would wrap with filming at MM and then Culver City in about a week. Peter’s voice so intelligible they dubbed it over throughout. Michael Bell was his voice double. The Brooklyn accent w/ Peter providing exactly no availibilty for looping process caused this. ( likely because of wrecking that Porsche - mentioned last tweet) Man. In 96… I was able to feel 14/15 yrs old again. I just… will never EVER forget it. Or this movie which inspired a lot of that feeling. #KISS : 1978 #IStoleYourLove

#KISS #RockAndRollOver #franKENstein remix of one of my faves- -#IWantYou!! Badass- this was the first EVER #KMEN song I even spun at 12 yrs old. I was an Elvis guy. Before Take Me started… I was crating up my Elvis records making room for the Kiss catalog I was going to go get. PERIOD. Go scope out franKENstein’s YouTube for entire album re-imagined!! This IS 50th anniversary this November! #KISStory

Captures 70s KISS quite well…I think. And this is HOW I thought of them 50‼️Years ago. Four seperate Super Heros amazing in their own right… thrown together? Unstoppable. I straight love this. Brings me back to 12 yrs old looking for escape. The #KMEN provided it. Impact on my life was huge. Almost cannot articulate HOW MUCH. I honestly.. dunno if I would have made it through , without them. Not hyperbole. My Truth. #KISS

This date in #KISStory : The #KMEN land at Haneda Airport in Tokyo. Having to take their makeup OFF… clear customs… then re-apply. Legend says Paul wrote Love Gun on this flight to Japan. So he was thinking about his unit whilst flying. Got it. Pull the trigga🤣😂. Here is a question that burns within me. All that press at airport, then the presser at the Hilton… and ZERO VIDEO? September and October is when magic that held through the entire 50 Years happened. Bill, Joyce( co managers) Neil and Sean Delaney sharpened their stage show, choreography and chemistry. Just think. #Starchild was absent this day. Paul was there. But in the guise of #Bandit. I’ve said this over and over. Peter had same boots until #LoveGun era. These are the #Destroyer boots w/ out the arrow fabric added… *TECHNICALLY / LEGALLY/- ‘ Kiss’ signed bupkiss. Casablanca and Rock Steady ( Aucoin’s company-speaking for Kiss) signed 15 K agreement. At the end.. 15K would not have bought a sniff of a #KissFart. Just sayin’🤣‼️ #KISS : 1973

Is he worth a 💩? 😷 😂🤣 #KISStory: MTV / VMAs 1996. Only #RARAN Aired, #KISS did a 25 min or so performance under the Brooklyn Bridge. On a personal note: On Sept 7/8/96 the #KMEN were in Denver for a 2 night stand, my 2nd/ 3rd shows of the tour. A TRULY glorious time. #KISS : 1996

The cowboy hat one is Kiss do it all Sean Delaney ( RIP) . *Accoring to Bill Aucoin, blood went into a Sports Illustrated.. NOT the comic. Others say BS.
