27 HOURS without power in Kisumu. I’m a KP&LC domestic customer food spoiled, phones dead, work disrupted. We’ve logged complaint after complaint and still zero communication, zero timelines, zero hope. Is anyone listening? Ref 14379589 #KPLCFail #KisumuBlackout @KenyaPower_Care
