#KALMEGI has rapidly intensified into a powerful TYPHOON, with sustained winds of 205 km/h and is 1-2 hours away from a devastating LANDFALL across south-central Vietnam, near the city of #QuyNhon.
TYPHOON Kalmaegi is moving westerly at approximately 19 km/h and continues to strengthen. KALMEGI will make landfall as a MAJOR TYPHOON later this evening, Thursday, November 6, 2025.
