The Prometheum Saga …
It just gets better and better …
Who thinks Aaron Kaplan is just a plant for the SEC ??? 👻👻👻
Let’s watch his skillful handling of these very fair and simple questions.

@SEC_Investor_Ed You put up a scam company of ex-SEC cronies on Capitol Hil as a ‘good example’ … #Kapfiles #spookySEC
You made a special pathway for them, while the rest of us are left swinging in the wind.
You used lies cronyism and fakery to try and deceive the public - it’s all on camera.
@dcinvestor Either this has been in the works since 2018 … or it just happened spontaneously two weeks ago.
One of these has to be true.
Gary seems to stumble over the words, & spills the beans on the op before the hearing.
Watch & check these dates …

Ok … simple question.
When were the criteria for SPBD-
“Special Purpose Broker Dealer”
-designated & made public??
How did Aaron Kaplan’s team apply to be registered this way?
Was this option opened for anyone else?
Gary trips over the words here …

Hoooooo baby this Prometheum story gets even better.
So they started in 2017 when they filled their Reg A+ and aimed to raise $50M.
But how did these random lawyers supposedly get approval from the SEC and FINRA?
@adamscochran Earliest tweets from Prometheum (2018) and from Martin Kaplan (2011) … funny how they are talking about the SEC immediately…
Nothing spooky here 👻👻👻

@RyanSAdams How did they plan this?
When did they plan this?
Can someone show any evidence this company exists or has done any business?
The truth is out there?

Wow. A new kind of exchange 👻👻👻
Appeared out of nowhere 👻👻👻
Gary knows all about it 👻👻👻
They praise Gary in Congress 👻👻👻
Google has no info older than 5 days on this company 👻👻👻
Seems kinda #SpookySEC #Kapfiles

Chairman Gensler discussing the path forward for digital assets firms mentions that an “entity filed as a special purpose broker-dealer and got registered that way”. Prometheum Capital is the first and only SPBD. See our mention at 7:04: https://t.co/kT3AfTlIou
Definitely something spooky going on.
Who is Aaron Kaplan? How did his company get fast tracked by SEC to a new kind of exchange … when according to google … they don’t exist until 5 days ago? 👻👻👻
