@JakeKushnerMD @cadiulus @dexcom Shockingly, there has been NO official announcement from #Dexcom beyond their Facebook posts. No press release, no site message. Nothing. Total failure of leadership. #KevinSayer #RickDoubleday

@cadiulus @matthewherper The skills it takes to develop technology are different from the skills it takes to manufacture medical devices and serve customers at scale. 9 hours to post an outage message on Facebook. This was a total leadership failure. #KevinSayer #RickDoubleday

@RebeccaSlatkin Rebecca, not just arrogance. Complete and total incompetence in the face of a crisis. #KevinSayer #RickDoubleday

@iam_spartacus We don't just need an explanation. We need real accountability from #Dexcom. In the face of a crisis, #KevinSayer and #RickDoubleday failed completely. It's unacceptable that CEO is also Exec Board Chair. Dexcom Board must take action. Immediately. @SEC_Enforcement @US_FDA

Dr. Janofsky nails it. Faced with a crisis, #Dexcom's leadership simply froze. #DexcomOutage #KevinSayer @EricTopol @barbarakahn

How does CEO of a public company #KevinSayer in 2019 not communicate a message about its servers being down for more than 24 hours? How does a public company in 2019 not have an active twitter account @dexcom where they can share critical communication with their customers?

@shanselman #KevinSayer was my #EY boss in ‘93, who said he felt called to work on #diabetes @ #MiniMed to help his son live a better life. Now bridging industry w/ my @ThetaChiIHQ brother Steve Pacelli @ #Dexcom - powered by #OSS friendly innovation. Honored to watch journey. #helpinghand
