I built #KeyDeck inspired by Codex Micro, an iOS app that helps you steer / yell at multiple agents.. You can see the grid layout looked pretty neat initially but it was too much cognitive load to know whats behind each button. - I even built a click to preview and swipe up to insert and swipe down to ignore to deal with the issues with the card layout. As I ideated & used the app daily I landed on the label view similar to other apps out there. Kept the grid and card views to experiment, but inclined to just ship with label view. As a PM I often share info about the important features with multiple customers and stakeholders in chat & I use my phone often. The app already helped me easily paste away information I would have otherwise typed it each time. - Shipped a shortcut to copy selected text or clipboard content as a sharable text for later! - Hardest part wasn't building it, but adding an in-app one time upgrade with #Storekit! Wouldn't miss a chance to A/B experiment pricing strategies ;)
