But after carefully reviewing his account, very serious questions and many inconsistencies arise. Male, female? Screaming? 2. “We saw Liam faint in the lobby, he was taken back to his room” → Who exactly took him up? Hotel staff? Who else besides Esteban? → Who decided he should be taken to his room and not to a hospital? → Why didn’t he himself call 911? 3. “He fell or tripped over a table at 4:45 p.m., he was shaking and drifting in and out of consciousness” → Why did no one act upon such obvious signs of a medical emergency? → Where were the people who were supposed to be watching over him? → Why didn’t he himself call 911? 4. “Maybe he accidentally fell from the balcony, it was 4 feet high” → How likely is it that someone would just happen to trip in a way that would send them over a barrier over one meter tall? → And what if it wasn’t an accident? He himself says it’s nearly impossible. Did he report that to the authorities? 5. “We never saw Roger, but someone recognized him in the elevator” → How could Rogelio -the main person involved-be there without being identified? → Women who were in the elevator and invited to the wedding testified that they saw Rogelio with Liam and that he apologized for his behavior. So how come he says “no one saw him”? → Wasn’t he the one who said he heard or saw Rogelio and Liam arguing that morning? → Who else was going up and down to that room? 6. “The hotel pretended we didn’t exist, they avoided eye contact” → What did they know? Why ignore the witnesses? → Was there an intent to silence or erase them? 7. “Room keycards weren’t working properly” → Funny how he mentions that, when hotel staff managed to access Liam’s room multiple times. Apparently, the keycards magically stopped working after 4:54 p.m. → Could someone have entered using a master key or an app, without leaving a trace? → Where are the digital logs showing who opened Liam’s room and at what exact times? → Why did so many key failures happen that specific day? → Was the scene tampered with during that window? ⚠️ This testimony raises more questions than it answers. And worst of all: it seems crafted more to confuse than to clarify. Too many coincidences. Too many selective memories. Too many unverifiable details.
