- Place users in control of the interface (right from initial design steps)
- Make it comfortable to interact with a product (There's little to no need for surprises with interfaces)

Often our focus isn't on the user and understanding their needs and how they're willing to use our products before we develop our solutions, a fundamental flaw in the final products. #KlaDesignWeek18
