#KlipfonteinView: The outage was initially caused by a trip on the earth fault. While investigations into the first fault were underway, a further cable fault was discovered on another cable. Our operators have managed to only restore 8% of the power supply as the remaining power supply will be restored when the double cable fault has been located and repaired. There is currently no ETR (Estimated Time of Restoration) at this time.
Customers will be updated as and when new information becomes available.
We again apologise for the inconvenience caused.
