UPDATE: First the @CollegeBoard parted ways with a top executive who was also pushing anti-CRT legislation as the speaker of the Indiana House.
Now, in a new statement of principles, the College Board says that schools that ban certain concepts will lose their AP status.

wonderful to see so many University faculty testifying - even with the caveat "private citizen - against this bill.
Warning that bans like this put at risk an institution's accreditation. (which I suspect does not move the enemies of the University).

Greg Abbot has officially directed Family and Protective Services to begin investigating all trans children in Texas and prosecuting their parents as child abusers.
He has also instructed all teachers, doctors, and caregivers to begin reporting any trans students they see.
