Amusing that the same folks fretting over directing railroads what to do have no such qualms when it comes to meddling in schools, colleges, reproductive rights, doctors, public health, or local control on a myriad of issues, including local gun laws and health departments.

Those reluctant to pass this are peculiarly inconsistent in fretting over passing state laws that will be overruled. Hasn't stopped them before from passing potentially redundant legislation.
