4/5: #LDGI #LandWatchNote: As designed, one must obtain permission from a property owner before conducting an official search on it. For transparency and in order to tap into the full potential of the system, LDGI proposes that official searches against any property be open.

5/5: #LDGI #LandWatchNote: Parcels deemed to have been irregularly/illegally allocated should be provided on the system under a special "no-dealings" classification so that businesses and any other persons could avoid them in their dealings. @ldgi_kenya @Lands_Kenya @NLC_Kenya

3/5 #LDGI LandWatchNote: Until the uploading of land records is completed, some will be online while others will be in hard copy form. The Ministry should therefore create parallel processes to ensure that all landowners can transact at all times. @Lands_Kenya @NLC_Kenya @ldgi

2/5: #LDGI #LandWatchNote: Institute supports and lauds government efforts in developing an online #LIMS to enhance efficiency and reduce costs of transacting on land. User feedback should be used to improve the system incrementally. @ldgi_kenya @Lands_Kenya @NLC_Kenya

@OwainAlty @Suffolk_LDGI @SuffolkLibDems @LDpennyo @JohnFieldjd I know ☹️ But further, in the few months since #LDGI sustainable transport motion was voted down - and for want of the money and support given to #INR consultation - Woodbridge buses have all but disappeared & the many users have undergone a modal shift to NON users. Appalling
