#LEAP002 miss opens the door for #camrelizumab + #rivoceranib as the only TKI-ICI combo for #HCC. Data compelling but US approval is not a given. Neither agent is approved here, no rivo monotherapy arm in the study, and the trial was almost all ex-US.
1. #LEAP002: Ph3, 1L in unresectable HCC, len + Pembro vs len alone. Did not meet its dual primary end points.
- 21.2 mos vs 19mos (OS not met)
- Similar PFS in both arms
- Atezo + Bev is still 1L SoC (or Tremelimumab plus Durvalumab? in very selected cases)
