The Chinese national #Go team's head coach lodged a strong protest but ultimately accepted the decision. The decisive game will be held today.

He said,he was through a dark time and thanked everyone for support and encouragement.
The unfair treatment he suffered sparked heated discussion online.
“The #LGCup final was a very important game for me because it could have been my ninth world championship,” Chinese Go player #KeJie said in a live broadcast on Sunday. “I put in a lot of effort for it – uninstalling all my favorite games and social media apps, and spending months focusing on preparation.” He also emphasized that he would never compromise. Ke had previously lost to South Korean player #ByunSangil in the third decisive game of the LG Cup finals and was penalized two points for failing to place a captured stone on the lid of the container. Ke requested a rematch, but his request was denied, leading him to withdraw from the game.
