Wrapped in robes of infallibility and perched high on a pedestal of unaccountability, it watches over the land with an ever-paternalistic gaze. Its judges, self-anointed paragons of wisdom, bestow verdicts with the benevolence of gods and the precision of a roulette wheel. They are the architects of their own rules, answerable to no one but their own hallowed collegium—a secretive club where merit dances to the tune of nepotism, and transparency is a word reserved for sermons to the masses.
Our esteemed Supreme Court, a symbol of unbridled discretion, finds time to champion causes it deems fashionable: LGBTQ rights for the headlines, Hindu laws for the hatchet, and anything else that draws applause from the Leftist choir. Meanwhile, cases of national importance linger in the wilderness, gathering dust as five crore cases pile higher and higher, forming a monument to inefficiency. But fret not! Summer and winter vacations are sacrosanct, and late-night hearings for the "privileged few" remind us of its unique ability to stay awake when the stakes—or the connections—are high.
The judiciary, ever so sensitive to its own dignity, equates criticism with contempt but spares no one its own acerbic remarks. It lectures governments on morality, legislatures on propriety, and citizens on responsibility, all while concealing its own wealth behind a thick curtain of immunity. Suo-motu cognizance? A weapon selectively wielded against the convenient enemy or the ideological foe. But should a cry arise for justice delayed or denied, it swiftly vanishes into a labyrinth of procedural technicalities.
The Supreme Court of India, cloaked in self-righteousness, functions as a shrine to selective justice. Men’s rights? Trampled with disdain as they’re treated as subhumans, their suffering dismissed while women are favored to no end, regardless of merit or truth. Hindu rights? Ignored, vilified, and systematically suppressed, with the Court bending over backward to deny Hindus the dignity of protecting their faith and traditions. All countries that allow alimony also allow pre-nuptials agreement so that the richer spouse can protect their pre existing wealth. But not the shi**y unjust laws of India.
#LKSC Supreme Court decided that pre-nuptials agreement shall have no evidentiary value because the nature of marriage in Hindus is sacrosant. But the dumb heads didn't realise that the question of pre-nuptials agreement arises after divorce in deciding alimony. If that stage has arisen, it means the marriage has not remained sacrosant. But male and female feminazis rule.
@theskindoctor13 Such judges are scum of the earth. Shameless creatures. They are the reason for this travesty of justice against men denying them the right to live and right to dignity.

Poems are easier to remember and understand. Read and memorize it to put an end to your unjustified criticism of the judiciary. Multiple appeals, nighttime hearing, PILs & 'Mentioning' cases even by email to some on a moment's notification.
All of the above, while we crossed 5 crore pending cases and rising, without hesitation.
We put the government to work, giving elected leaders our direction.
We like to meddle in almost every parliamentary legislation.
Listen! Don't ever blame us, resist the temptation.
Our criticism is contempt, we have 'holier than thou' conviction.
But we lambast and 'take apart' people and positions, showing no reservation.

That's why RTI is for ordinary mortals, not for your lords' participation.

So, a man must pay alimony, even if deceived and cheated on, facing exploitation.
However, if you are a woman, we will show you much more accommodation.
In matters of entrapment, rape, marriage, alimony, and child custody, there's differentiation.
Women have rights to alimony and maintenance money, without any obligation.
But a man can't even question his wife's extra marital relation.
We speak of equality, but punishing only men is no discrimination.
Man's struggles can be ignored, why do they show needless frustration?
A woman's claims must be accepted why do we need verification?
A man is never innocent by default, it demands rigorous substantiation.
Do we truly dispense justice, based on pressure groups' interpretation?
If you think we are not fair, why indulge in useless agitation?

In matters of entrapment, rape, marriage, alimony, and child custody, there's differentiation.
Women have rights to alimony and maintenance money, without any obligation.
But a man can't even question his wife's extra marital relation.
We speak of equality, but punishing only men is no discrimination.
Man's struggles can be ignored, why do they show needless frustration?
A woman's claims must be accepted why do we need verification?
A man is never innocent by default, it demands rigorous substantiation.
Do we truly dispense justice, based on pressure groups' interpretation?
If you think we are not fair, why indulge in useless agitation?
Our system, we say in theory, supports all without reservation.
Don't question us, when, in practice, you encounter our varied adjudication.
We acknowledge the plight of Kashmiri Pandits, their sufferings and devastation.
Yes, they were murdered, raped, and driven from their homes, facing obliteration.
We also know that the government’s inaction during that dire situation.
But we will dismiss your uncomfortable and late review petition.
If justice is already delayed, what is the point in its late dispensation?
It stops those who allege that 'justice delayed is justice denied' with no hesitation.
If there is no justice, they lips are sealed: they can't make any accusation.
After retirement, some of us may call the PM a donkey and engage in anti-national sedition.
But why wonder what we do now, before we retire and start getting our pension?

Poems are easier to remember and understand. Read and memorize it to put an end to your unjustified criticism of the judiciary.
