It comes after former Paralympian Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson says she had to crawl off a train at King’s Cross station because no staff were there to help her.

@simonlightwood @UKLabour These shared use bus stops are also not working for blind people and they need to be fixed please. No one should be expected to board and alight a bus directly into a cycle lane or cross a cycle lane to get on and off a bus. #LP24
