Our delegates learned a lot at #LSNC18.
@HullUniLabour will be holding an All Member Meeting soon to discuss conference, what they did and our relationship with Labour Students.
Our position is to play a positive role in Labour Students and push for ‘one member, one vote’.
Considering the make up of internal Labour party politics atm, the whole ridiculous argument that Labour Students FTOs are moderate careerists trying to get high up within the party or parachuted into a safe seat makes absolutely zero sense from any view point!! #LSNC18

Second, getting to this conference was not only financially inaccessibility but for some literally presented life threatening danger to some and it should NOT have gone ahead, it was irresponsible to say the least #LSNC18

Okay so now my time on elections committee for Labour Students (haha) has come to end, I’m free to rip into it- so here we go #LSNC18
Delegates at #LSNC18 say that if Labour Students do hold another unconstitutional and costly conference then at least there will be proxy voting for delegates who can’t attend.
Should also be noted that this shouldn’t be a substitute for OMOV (as a motion for OMOV was passed).
