yes, to answer @Arnold_Platon: 'rege' is a, let's call it so, secondary Latinism in #Romanian, i.e., a late loanword from Latin (it's not attested before the early 19th century). 'rigă' is also a (slightly earlier) loanword, this time from Modern #Greek ρήγας. #LanguageContact
