The purpose of this Cookbook Recipe is to showcase the integration of #LazorKit with complex real-world usecases.
LazorKit Smart Wallet helps in reducing the onboarding friction for new users by eliminating the need of managing the @solana seed phrases. It is all abstracted out from the end user and the keys are saved in your Device's Secure Enclave. It also provide Gasless Transactions using paymaster (based on #kora fee relayer by @SolanaFndn).
I have created a Subscription Program for demonstrating this usecase which is Live on #Solana Devnet.
The customer just has to sign the recurring subscription once (by choosing an expiry date and a subscription plan) using LazorKit Smart Wallet's Face ID/Touch ID/Windows Hello Passkey. Under the hood, it creates a Token Delegation PDA using the Subscription Program which can automatically pull funds as per the chosen plan's interval, price and expiry.
This logic resides onchain and the program should be audited before Mainnet Deployment (post that the Upgrade Authority can be revoked).
The first interval's charge is deducted immediately and then recurring charges happen automatically. The customer can choose to cancel the subscription anytime they like.
